Every chocolate contains cocoa powder, cocoa butter and sugar. Depending on the recipe, they can also contain vanilla, milk fat, nuts, raisins, seasonings and more.  In manufacturing, it is important to feed the raw materials gently, and, of course, in compliance with all food regulations.
